Ten Shocking Facts about Election Fraud in Idaho
The problems with Computerized Election Fraud in Idaho are much worse than people realize. And the reason that our political leaders ignore them and refuse to work for fair elections is one of the most disturbing facts of all.

The Liberty Without Compromise podcast recently hosted Ms. Roth, a representative of Eye on Elections to discuss rigged, fraudulent elections. This article provides an overview of the 10 Shocking Facts about Election Fraud in Idaho presented in the video, as well as visual aids and links to articles offering additional details.
Before delving into the problems with Idaho elections, Ms. Roth discusses the relationship between Freemasonry and election fraud. Her series on the The Masonic State of Idaho, published on the NISGR blog, shows how Freemasons have controlled Idaho’s government since its founding.
This information is key to putting the whole problem of election fraud in Idaho in perspective, since it is the influence of Secret Societies that explains why the political leaders who should be most concerned about election fraud refuse to acknowledge obvious problems.
The rigging of Idaho election is done by computers, but the cover-up, the coordinated lying, the false narratives put forth to explain why conservatives consistently lose elections, the FAKE and distracting political drama, and the hijacking of Idaho election laws to provide cover for election fraud, is purely Masonic.
Are Idaho Elections Rigged? And if so by Whom?

Shocker #1 Flagrant Fraud found in NIC Trustee Election

Election results are often suspicious. What was unusual about the NIC Trustee race?
There were over 20 races on the Nov 2024 ballot, and THREE were for the highly contested, NIC Trustee race. And the INITIAL RESULTS of ALL THREE races, reported at 10 pm, before ANY election-day votes were counted, matched the FINAL results (reported 8 hours later) almost exactly. This is statistically impossible!!!!
NO other races behaved in this way. Most were off by 2-5%. This is undeniable proof of machine fraud, and it indicates some form of software bug, or procedural error that caused the pre-programmed "final result" to appear out of sequence.
Eye on Election has produced two videos that walk through the statistical anomalies, for those who would like more details. E-fraud in KC Part I explains how the NIC races prove machine fraud in Idaho. E-fraud in KC Part II explains the statistics and rebuts attempts to disprove fraud.
Shocker #2 – Conservative Leaders ignore proven fraud
The Video of the BOCC Canvassing Meeting shows the commissioners were aware of problems but refused to investigate and ignored fraud
The article Was the NIC Election Trustee Stolen? includes proof of fraud presented to authorities BEFORE certification. The candidates whose elections were stolen were endorsed by KCRCC, but KCRCC leadership REFUSED to investigate or acknowledge fraud.
The video Tabulators and the Politics of Fraud explains the extreme reluctance of political leaders to acknowledge computerized machine fraud. Our entire political class depends on fraudulent elections to maintain power.
Once we recognized proof of machine fraud, we wrote articles & emails detailing the evidence. The County Commissioners, Clerk, KCRCC leaders, and candidates were informed BEFORE certification. We also attended the BOCC Canvassing Meeting (11-13-2024) and gave testimony.

Shocker #3 By law, Recounts CANNOT be done by hand. Electronic tabulators must be used. Recounts are USELESS!

Most people think that if a candidate believes his election has been stolen, he can resolve the matter by requesting a recount. Unfortunately, Recounts in Idaho are completely useless. The laws governing recounts have been devised to prevent hand counts, and to restrict candidates access to the physical ballots. It is virtually impossible to prove machine fraud when recounts, by law, must be done on the same machine that miscounted ballots in the first place.
Ballots cannot be examined by the public until after the election is certified, and it is an uphill battle to overturn any election—no matter how corrupt—after certification. Post-election Audits are also useless. They are not defined to identify fraud. Audits are done only on even years only—Local races, cities, school districts are NEVER audited, Only one countywide race audited per county. 0nly 5% of precincts.
Shocker #4—ESS Consultant Brought in from Omaha to operate tabulators
If there are "backdoors" to controlling tabulators the ESS Consultant would know them. Local election workers don't need to be involved.
Proprietary ESS software, thumb drives, never examined. Log files and documentation not subject to PRR. Election office keeps no records of software updates or versions.

Shocker #8—Wireless Link between Pollbooks and Tabulators

Title 24, Chapter 24, parts 1 & 2 specify capabilities and security requirements for Idaho's tabulation machines. Part 3 bans tabulators from wireless communication, but makes an exception for TENEX pollbooks. This makes no sense whatsover.
The article Debunking the Myth of Secure Elections shows how Idaho laws are rigged to cover for election fraud, and how the SOS intentionally obscures known problems and provides false assurances to voters.
Shocker#5 –Tenex Software is Fully Integrated
ALL of Idaho’s Election Data in One System!! What could POSSIBLY Go Wrong????
Electronic Poll Books
Election Night Reporting
Voter List Management
Online Registration
Election Info Websites
Election Day Help Desk
Print-on-Demand Ballots
Absentee Ballot Management
Asset Inventory Management
Election Worker Management
Document Archive
Campaign Finance Reporting

Giving one program access to ALL data makes cheating easy, impossible to detect. In a 2022 presentation in Idaho Dr. Frank showed proof that Tenex generated fraudulent registrations and fraudulent votes, in the 2020 election.
Shocker #6—Tenex has only 70 Employees
Tenex could not have developed the TED platform by itself. The software is far, far to complicated for a small company to have developed and tested. But if Tenex didn’t write the Software, then WHO????
The article Phantom Election Management Software discusses the problem of centralizing all election data into a single platform, storing that data in the cloud, and using software written by an unknown entity to access that data.
Shocker #7—Tenex runs Scytl Software
There is overwhelming evidence that Tenex is licensing its software from Scytl, a Spanish "Election Cryptography" company, and that Scytl controls Idaho elections. When Dr. Frank visited Idaho he confirmed this was true
But what exactly is Scytl? 15 years ago, Scytl was the global leader in encryption, digital security, and "end-to-end" election management programs, with about 40 international patents. Scytl was funded by international private equity firms, and in 2012 it bought SOE software, and American ETC company based in Tampa, just four miles from Tenex.
Within a few years, Scytl/SOE had a complete end-to-end election management system in place, and so did Tenex, which was also based in Tampa. And since Scytl owns patents needed by all Election software companies to ensure security, many other ETC's may have licensed Scytl software.

Since it is certain that Tenex runs Scytl software, it seems that if fraud is found in Idaho's election, it should be possible to hold Scytl responsible.
Except that after raising $100M in venture capital and licensing its software to dozens of ETC companies, Scytl declared bankruptcy in 2020, and a Spanish court presided over its dissolution and the sale of its assets. So there is no one to hold accountable, and no one knows who holds the keys to Scytl’s encryption.

Shocker #9—Tenex Voter Database stores Personal Data

Another huge problem with Tenex/Scytle software is that the Voter Registration database software has been designed to link to many other data sources. The alledge purpose, is to allow for "automatic" verification of voter registration data by comparing too other govenment and private data sources. But allowing voter registration software to link to other databases can easily be abused.
This is especially alarming since in 2025, Idaho legislators passed HB 339, allowing for collection of vast amounts of personal data on all Idaho voters. And according to the bill, this data will be stored in "secured cloud storage", not on private Idaho servers. By this means, the Tenex/Scytl Voter Registration software can be used for the Backbone for Digital Id in Idaho.
All Idaho legislators have been informed of the problems with HB 339, and none are willing to address the problem. For more details see: Digital Elections, Digital Identities and Data Collection disguised as Election Integrity

Shocker #10—Freemasons Next Door to Tenex Headquarters

When you zoom into Tenex headquarters in Tampa, Florida you find that it is located just a block away from the International Shriners Headquarters, and it is unlikely that this is a coincidence. Masons have controlled Idaho’s government since its founding, Shriners are high level Freemasons, and the Shriners HQ is connected to every Masonic lodge in USA.
Read The Masonic State of Idaho series to learn more about the Masonic history of Idaho, and how much influence Masons still have over the state government today.
