Greetings Patriots,
There is much progress to report since our last “Eye on Elections” update. The Big News of course, is that Eye on Elections now has an operational Website and an email program, and we provide details below.
But for for the benefit of new "Eyes" we will start by explaining the history of Eye on Elections, and what our objectives are:
History—The group began in February 2025 as an off shoot of “North Idaho Freedom Fighters”. It was initiated after irregularities in recent elections made it clear that 1) Election Fraud was a serious issue right here in North Idaho and 2) Our elected officials were not willing to confront problems or make election integrity a priority without significant grassroots pressure.
Mission—Our group advocates for transparency in elections, and recommends removing our reliance on electronic election tools, and returning to public, photo copying of ballots and hand counting. We believe our elections have been “taken over by computers”, and we must put them back in the hands of Idaho residents.
Organization—At this time, we are still a loosely organized, grassroots confederacy of like-minded volunteers, committed to taking back our elections. But as the group grows we intend to organize by district. In addition, there are several active “task forces” including 1) Website and Email support, 2) Manual Counting Methods, and 3) Voter Roll Integrity. We also have members who have worked with legislators, and who are helping to promote Eye on Elections on social media.
Eye on Elections Website
We are happy to announce that the Eye on Elections Website is up and running, and that it provides a way for people to get information about election fraud, and also to join the EyeOn email list. It will probably take another month or so to finalize everything, but the framework is in place and that is huge! The website will be a critical tool for educating voters about what is going on, and also for recruiting new members. The website address is https://eyeonelections.org/
Be sure to check out the website, and sign up to be on the official Eye On Elections mailing list.

Manual Counting Methods
One of the top priorities of Eye on Elections is to re-establish a tradition of hand counting ballots, especially in large counties (many small counties already hand count ballots). Those of us who distrust electronic tabulators are often told that “hand counting” ballots is impossible, and that there is no choice but to rely on computers. But since it is pointless to argue without proof, several Eye On Elections members ("EyeOns"), have been working to generate a set of ballots that can be used to practice hand counting, and to develop efficient and accurate ways of manually processing ballots.
We had our first “ballot counting party” in Post Falls on April 23rd, with 8 participants, and are planning for more in the future. The Kootenai County Clerk has also promised to allow us to count “real” ballots sometime during the summer, after we have our methodology worked out.

Verifying North Idaho Voter Rolls
Following the recommendations of national experts on voter roll fraud, several EyeOns have obtained two sets of voter rolls from the Kootenai County Clerk. One was from mid-December 2024, and it included the 10K+ Kootenai voters who registered on election day. The other roll was from March 2025 and it had been “purged” by the Idaho Secretary of State, of thousands of inactive and invalid voters. The second list included the complete records of all votes from 2022-2024.
From these lists we determined that there were at least 7,500 absentee voters (out of about 110K registered KC voters), who seem to have registered electronically, and have NEVER voted in person. In other words, they have never appeared in person before an election official and they may very well be phantom voters. This appears to be a good starting point for further investigation of potentially fraudulent voters.
Legislative Issues
During February and March, several EyeOns spent some time working with election integrity advocates from Southern Idaho to try to bring the problems of Electronic Registration and Voter Roll Integrity to the attention of legislators, with no luck. Most Idaho politicians are not enthusiastic about measures to secure our elections, and many—including the Secretary of State—deny that election fraud is a problem in Idaho. He, of course, also denies that fraud occurred in the presidential election of 2020.
Two bills that attempted to restrict absentee ballots (HB 1039 & HB 0441) were proposed, but never made it out of the House State Affairs Committee. And the only election integrity related bill that did pass was the extremely dubious HB 339, which claimed to improve the accuracy of voter registrations, but did nothing of the sort. Eye on Election Leaders opposed HB 339 because it did no good, and was potentially harmful.
Overall, Legislative progress on Election Integrity progress was not good in 2025.
